In the meantime, here’s what you can expect from your first official visit with us.
Completing a new client form will help us get to know you and your pet(s). If you’d like to complete this form before you arrive, that’s even better. Then we can jump right into your appointment. Along with this form, we ask that you share your pet’s medical history or records so that we can have the most complete picture of your pet possible. If your pet is a brand new pup, or a rescue and you don’t have information about its history, that’s fine, too!
We love when owners come stocked up with questions about their pet’s health, our practice, and what they can do to make their favorite furry (or feathered) pal as healthy and happy as possible. We’re always happy to answer specific questions, and to tailor your pet’s visit based on any specific concerns or areas of interest you have.
